Las caracter\u00edsticas de \u00e9sta tripa son su firme textura y su suavidad. De un color blanco nacarado es ideal para toda clase de embutidos frescos. De la misma sacamos las siguientes calidades.
\nCalidad A:<\/strong> sin ning\u00fan chispero ni agujero. Destinada para cocci\u00f3n (salchicha de viena), y para grandes producciones de salchichas frescas. Sin ning\u00fan problema para encadenar y a la atadora autom\u00e1tica.
\nCalidad A\/B:<\/strong> alg\u00fan chispero y agujero muy peque\u00f1o. Destinada para salchichas frescas principalmente. Es ideal para producciones medianas de salchichas frescas. Sin ning\u00fan problema para producciones en serie.
\nCalidad B\/C:<\/strong> agujeros peque\u00f1os pero continuos. Destinada principalmente para carnicer\u00edas y producciones peque\u00f1as de salchichas frescas.
\nCalidad C:<\/strong> agujeros de tama\u00f1o regular. Su utilizaci\u00f3n es para salchichas frescas de picado grueso.<\/p>\n
