Beef Casings<\/h2>\n

The beef casings produced by Shorton Argentina SRL are produced in the slaughterhouses, inspected by the SENASA on site, using modern machinery operated by fully trained and experienced personnel in this process, conferring quality assurance of the raw material for its subsequent elaboration, classification and packaging in our fully modernized industrial plant and certified by SENASA, complying with our quality policy and respecting our TRACEABILITY Operating Manual, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP). With this we make sure that each skein of casing produced in our plant has been perfectly selected and controlled ensuring a standardization in the quality of the merchandise and putting an end to the old myth that the natural casings have a strong smell.<\/p>\n
