NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL TRIPES BUSINESS UNIT
In 2011, we inaugurated a new model plant for the production, salting and storage of natural tripe, making us one of the most modern and technologically advanced natural tripe production plants in Argentina. Our plant is located in Villa Gdor. Galvez, Rosario, Argentina. We have the most advanced technology to produce various types of natural salted tripe. We operate under the strictest quality and hygiene standards. We currently operate the OFFICIAL SENASA Nº4447 ESTABLISHMENT, with the authorization to export to the European Common Market (EU) and third countries, Russia, USA, MERCOSUR and Central America, complying with our quality policy and respecting our TRACEABILITY Operating Manual, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP) manuals.
Our compliance with a strict policy of total quality and standardization of merchandise is largely attributable to the contribution of our team of food technicians and personnel training in relation to our Traceability Operating Manual.
We operate an independent warehouse authorized by SENASA to maintain the large stock of imported artificial tripes. The design of the facilities, the flow of processes, and the movement of personnel is carried out in compliance with HACCP regulations in order to control the risk of contamination of stored products and comply with all current legislation.
NATURAL PRODUCTS AND SPICES BUSINESS UNIT
Our plant located in Villa Gdor. Galvez, inaugurated in 2018, is in full compliance with all CAA sanitary requirements and international standards of quality and food safety, which is why we are in the process of implementing the HACCP Standards. It has the import / export authorizations, production and packaging of food additives, spices, condiments, cereals, legumes and seeds.
We have the most advanced technology to produce various types of functional mixtures for the sausage and related-products industry. We operate under the strictest quality and hygiene standards.
